Ouch! Quit it. Ouch! Quit it.

My neck is really hurting me today. A little pain in the shoulders, but my neck is where the ow's are at.

I have thought about this, and it can be due to any combination of the following 4 things:

1) An unfortunate turn of the neck during a rather enthusiastic sex act.

2) Poor sleeping habits as of late lead to short amounts of deep sleep allowing for horrible positions of the neck.

3) Sandal season requiring quick turns of the neck to see everything and everyone.

or, the most accurate, unfortunately:

4) High levels of stress coming from family, SM work, and the real life job.

Ow.

Lucky bastard.

I told you more than 5 hours a week. ;)

3) Sandal season requiring quick turns of the neck to see everything and everyone.

You should see me when I am at lunch outside and the girls here decide to eat with their sandals off. LOL

First, breathe.
Second, heat pack on the neck with advil. Don't do massage just yet. It could aggravate it at first.
Third, take everything one step at a time. I know it all seems overwhelming.
As far as the SM work. Anything you need help with please. You know I can do it. Please let me help.

1, 2, & 3 don't sound so bad. (Well, if that's what you're into.)

Doesn't everyone have to deal with 4?

He lives!

Re your neck - get someone to work your atlas/occiptal area and do deep tissue on your traps, upper delts and pecs (you will find strange painful pockets of lactic acid build-up there oddly enough if you have tension induced neck pain and/or whiplash, working them out will cause euphoric release). Overly tense muscles have likely pulled your cerviclals out of alignment and it will get worse until you relax.

Hope you feel better!

Aren't you a little too young to be compaining about aches and pains? Get thee to a chiropractor, son and address your issue. (just a friendly suggestion...)
