The governor of Maine just signed into law the right to gay marriage.

Wow. The momentum is rising.

I posted about Iowa, and didn't hear a peep.

Well, Maine is going to be frightening, because there is still a 90 day period to get enough signatures to bring it to a popular vote. And we know how well that usually goes.

I think people are being cautious on their excitement. I think a lot of people feel that these wins are just appetizers for the main battle - the national one.

Conservative or commercial?
If you are unhappy, you buy more to compensate. If you are happy you stay in and have sex.

Support for some kind of legal gay marriage is up to 67% around the country, so it may come as no great surprise when some states start legalizing it.
