Boymeat asks for stuff. Again.

Hey sci-fi fantasy people (which I realize is just about all of you),

I don't suppose I can possibly borrow most to all of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series from you? I've read the  1st two books (finally!), and I'm hooked.

And I'm not rich enough to buy 29 more novels.

*sheepish grin*

Please? The contents of my bookshelves are available to you for trade! Let's make our own two (or more) person bookclub! Hee!

I'd be happy to send you postage, handling fees, gas money, a pint of blood. Name your price. ;-)

I got most of my Pratchett books used on Amazon for about 4 or 5 dollars apiece. What you can also do is lend the books to friends and get them hooked like I did. Then we all bought around 10 books apiece and swapped them round.

I've got a few audio books that I could lend you. As in I'm in the city again tomorrow, I can bring a USB drive with all of them... If you're interested, that is. :)

The Wee Men.
I don't know you, but I can mail my extras to ya. I just found Terry Pratchett this year and LOVE him. You'll be happy and pleased to find that he is excellent CONSISTENTLY.

When I "borrowed" some from the library, I racked up mad fees, because I tended to re-read them for too long.

Really owning your owne is the best idea... I mean how else can you indoctrinate your friends and family who haven't had the pleasure?
