Sometimes, I use words indiscriminately.

Sometimes, I put myself in situations where there are mis-matched expectations.

Sometimes, I get ADD-symptoms and I find myself unable or unwilling to pay attention to the details that matter.

Sometimes, I mis-read the situation.

Sometimes, I hurt people due to these actions.

I hate that. And I do work to change it. But it is hard.

i agre with contessagrrl. In addition, ImHO, these are issues most of us struggle with. Don't be too hard on yourself. None of us are perfect, we just work to be the best we can.

*hugs* self-awareness is good. And I think you don't have to *make* all those changes overnight. Communicating that you are aware/working on it directly to the people who need to hear it can help.

I'm going to have to agree with those who have already commented. Knowing these things about yourself is the first step..Have compassion for yourself :)

Sometimes, the people that you interact with realize that you are human and even if some (or all) of the above apply they still like you.

(Or say that they don't like you, but in that friendly way, as the case may be.)
