The good, the bad, the ugly.

First, the bad.

It's 1 AM, and I just got home.

Dad will be in the hospital for a while... perhaps a week.

I'm really fucking exhausted, and I have to go to work tomorrow.

The good.

The problem with Dad isn't too serious, and should just be powerful antibiotics and watching over him.

I took the van from my parents tonight instead of Thursday (it's not like Dad will be driving), so I already have it here for my TESFest travels.

I found an honest to goodness street parking spot one block from my building, that is good til Friday.

jd_trouble is the best damn assistant anyone could ever hope for. He deserves medals... blow jobs... both even.

I get to go to bed now.

Sorry your dad will be in the hospital for a week, but at least it is something more easily dealt with.

jd_trouble is pretty friggin awesome!

And ... you know i call you, "the god of parking on the Upper West," right? i'm not surprised at all that you found good parking!! The only time i can find parking up there is after you've been in the car.

Looking forward to sharing that "end of event" drink w/you.

That's good news - Dads tend to be tenacious like that.... which is a good thing!

Good to hear that your dad is relatively okay.

As for Jason, you give him a medal... I'll take care of the rest. :)

See you Friday. Hugs are promised. Our room will be a haven of sexiness and peace, I promise. :)

I'm glad your Dad is going to be okay, and that you got the van and have it safely stashed for your adventures.

You've been randomly selected for a survey about the demographics of LiveJournal users. Please take a moment to fill out this poll. The data collected will only be used in the calculation of anonymous statistics. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact nikolasco.

I apologize for the annoyance, but thousands of responses from randomly selected users are needed for statistical validity. The official statistics claim that the most common age for LiveJournal users is 5 and two million (out of 10.5 million users) are under the age of 10. If your date of birth is publicly available in your profile, then that data has already been collected. I'd still appreciate a response to the survey to verify that the information is accurate and perhaps acquire more information (e.g. only part of your birth date is listed).
