NYC Gossip - The Vault

I had an interesting read on my commute to work this morning. The NY Post and their legendary Page 6 wrote about a former owner of the infamous Vault club. Apparantly there is a book coming out soon that will reveal all the amazing celebrities who got their kicks there.

Read it for yourself. Fascinating.

Edit: Oh dear... it gets worse.

Oh, wow, this is just the kind of positive press coverage the kink community needs!

How unfortunate that he's 'outed' some of these folks. Not necessary at all...imo.

How unfortunate that this guy feels the need to drop names. Is he trying to relieve his glory days?

Ummm, you weren't one of the one's worshiping HL's feet were you? Sorry, just had to ask.

*laughing* Nope, it wasn't me. I've only been in The Vault twice in my life, and never in the old location described in the article.

That being said, I have many many many memories of the club that took over in that location. No celebrities though. That I know of.

Actually the club that took over that location was located under the building while the Vault was located under the sidewalk and the street. The city came in and dug up 9th Avenue to lay a huge water pipe and much of the old Vault space was filled in. The Vault used to be very leaky because the rainwater would make its way through the cobblestones and into the club.

Seems from all but two of the people the behavior is no surprise, and the other two are so what.
i expected more. But playing with the mob is sort of dangerous.
